Laboratory of Intelligent Interactive Systems (LIIS) is a research laboratory focused on software engineering, user experience and artificial intelligence. It is linked to the Postgraduate Program in Electrical Engineering (PPGEE), the Postgraduate Program in Anthropic Studies in the Amazon (PPGEAA) and the Faculty of Computer Engineering and Telecommunications (FCT) at UFPA, and is supported by Inteceleri Tecnologia para Educação. Located in the main building of the Electrical, Computer, Telecommunications and Biomedical Engineering Laboratory (LEEC-Bio).
With a strong academic background and extensive experience in research and innovation, this professional has built a solid career at the Federal University of Pará (UFPA), where he serves as Associate Professor III. His work bridges technology and sustainability, applying Data Science to areas such as environmental studies, remote sensing, and social innovation. Active in graduate education and research leadership, he coordinates interdisciplinary initiatives and collaborates with public and private institutions. Recognized for his contributions, he holds a CNPq Productivity Fellowship in Technological Development and Innovative Extension.
